Magnit Global Adds Slack, SAP Fieldglass Support to AI Workforce Platform
NewsData.io · United States · Oct 28, 2026
Magnit Global has expanded its conversational AI platform, Magnit Pulse, to include Slack integration and support for SAP Fieldglass-based contingent workforce programs, in addition to its existing Microsoft Teams functionality. The release adds Pay Intelligence for real-time pay rate benchmarking, SourceMatch for sourcing channel recommendations, and quick requisition creation via chat. An MCP server also allows organizations to connect their own AI agents to Pulse. For staffing firms and MSP operators, Magnit's Pay Intelligence and SourceMatch tools embedded directly in hiring manager workflows could shift rate-setting and supplier selection decisions further upstream, reducing recruiter touchpoints.
