Metaview Deepens Workday Integration for AI-Driven Enterprise Recruiting

Metaview has expanded its two-way integration with Workday Recruiting to deploy AI agents across application review, interviewing, and feedback—extending beyond its existing sourcing integration. The platform, used by more than 7,000 companies, allows enterprise and Fortune 500 firms to automate recruiting workflows while maintaining human oversight, audit trails, and SOC 2 Type II compliance. Kognitiv, a global Workday Services Partner, co-developed the integration. Recruiters and talent acquisition leaders at large enterprises using Workday should evaluate how agentic tools like Metaview fit within their existing ATS infrastructure and compliance requirements.
