ZoomInfo has launched Talent Autopilot, its most advanced recruiting technology, designed to help talent acquisition teams discover and engage candidates that traditional keyword-and-filter searches miss. The platform uses autonomous reasoning across skills, experience, career paths, and company intelligence to surface non-obvious candidates, supporting the full workflow from discovery through personalized outreach via Gmail or Outlook. The launch comes amid rising scrutiny of recruiting AI data quality — new Aptitude Research data shows 90% of buyers require independently verified data and 77% would disadvantage vendors who can't explain data sourcing. Talent Autopilot integrates with existing ATS systems and keeps recruiters in control of final candidate selection.
