Workable and Oyster have launched a native integration linking Workable's applicant tracking system directly to Oyster's Employer of Record platform, automating the handoff of hired candidate data into international onboarding workflows across 180+ countries. The integration eliminates duplicate data entry and reduces compliance risk for companies hiring remotely across borders without a local legal entity.
