Workable Adds Native WhatsApp Messaging for Recruiters

Workable has launched a native WhatsApp integration that lets recruiters send and receive candidate messages directly within the platform, with all conversations automatically saved alongside emails, notes, and evaluations. The feature targets hiring teams operating in WhatsApp-dominant markets such as Latin America, MENA, and Southern Europe. It is available now as a paid add-on to any Workable subscription. Recruiters sourcing candidates in these regions can consolidate outreach into a single system of record rather than managing parallel conversation threads outside the ATS.
