UKG Launches AI-Powered High-Volume Recruiting, Voice Assistant, and Agentic Pay Features

UKG has released its latest Quarterly Platform Innovation update, introducing three AI-driven capabilities targeting frontline workforce challenges: Bryte Voice (a voice-enabled AI for Siri and Google Assistant), AI-assisted high-volume recruiting with bulk-apply for up to 100 candidates at once, and Agentic Pay, which uses natural language to identify payroll errors before finalization. The high-volume recruiting tool is positioned to accelerate hiring for hard-to-fill, high-turnover frontline roles — a persistent pain point for staffing-heavy industries. UKG cites its own 2026 research estimating payroll errors cost organizations up to 4% of annual revenue, underscoring the stakes for payroll accuracy. These updates reflect the broader HCM market shift toward AI-orchestrated workforce action rather than isolated feature additions.
