TextUs has launched WhatsApp Messaging within its business SMS platform, enabling recruiting and B2B teams to reach contacts on WhatsApp from the same unified inbox they use for SMS. The feature handles Meta-approved template management, session-window compliance, and automatic SMS fallback for undeliverable messages. For staffing firms with global candidate pipelines, the integration removes the need for separate tools while reducing compliance risk. The capability is now available to customers on eligible plans.
