The launch includes AI-assisted quote parsing, real-time cost modeling, and an AI Assist tool that draws on finalized plan data to answer employee questions. The move responds to rising healthcare costs, with Sequoia's own benchmarking showing the share of mid-sized employers prioritizing cost reduction jumping from 53% to 70%. Benefits Cost Modeling, previously available to PEO clients, will roll out to all Sequoia clients this summer.
