FSH Technologies has closed a $25 million funding round — a $20M Series A led by Lachy Groom and co-led by Acrew Capital, plus a prior $5M seed — to expand its government software platform from four cities to all 50 states within a year. The company plans to grow its workforce from 11 to more than 45 employees, with hiring focused on engineering, design, and client strategy. FSH targets municipal and school-district clients as an alternative to traditional IT consulting, and projects $450 million in annual recurring revenue by 2028. The expansion signals continued investment appetite in govtech and potential demand for specialized tech talent in the public-sector software space.
