Metaview Acquires AI-Native Recruiting Firm Reval to Advance Autonomous Recruiting

Metaview, an agentic recruiting platform used by more than 5,000 companies, has acquired AI-native recruiting firm Reval to accelerate development of its autonomous AI coworker product 'fillmore,' which handles top-of-funnel recruiting tasks including sourcing, outreach, and scheduling. Reval's co-founders Seth Tilliss and Aditya Gupta will join Metaview's engineering team. Reval had previously worked with over 100 enterprises and recruiting agencies, positioning its AI as a lower-cost alternative to traditional staffing agencies. The deal signals a broader push in the industry toward autonomous AI systems that can independently manage recruiting workflows rather than merely assisting human recruiters.
