Hadrian Raises $1.37B to Scale U.S. Defense and Aerospace Manufacturing

Hadrian Automation has secured $1.37 billion in new equity financing, bringing its valuation to $7.87 billion, to accelerate expansion of its AI-powered domestic manufacturing network for defense, aerospace, and industrial systems. The company has opened new factories in Arizona and Alabama over the past year and plans additional facilities focused on munitions and autonomous systems. Notably for the staffing industry, Hadrian is actively hiring and training operators, engineers, and technologists at scale, describing a new workforce model that blends robotics, software, and human labor. The round was co-led by WCM Investment Management, Washington Harbour Partners, Valor Equity Partners, and JPMorganChase's Strategic Investment Group, among others.
