Morgan Stanley's Dallas Hub to Add 3,800+ Jobs by 2035

Morgan Stanley announced plans to establish a U.S. regional hub in Dallas, backed by $62 million in state and city funding, with commitments to bring 1,500 jobs by 2031 and more than 3,800 by 2035. The company will lease 255,000 sq ft at Fountain Place initially before moving to a 700,000 sq ft Uptown campus. The expansion adds to Dallas-Fort Worth's growing financial services cluster, which already includes JPMorgan Chase, Charles Schwab, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America. Recruiters serving financial services clients should expect increased demand for talent in DFW, as well as downstream hiring in legal, accounting, consulting, and technology sectors.
