Covenant HR Adds TurboCheck Identity Verification to Scout™ AI Recruiting Platform to Combat Candidate Fraud

Covenant HR has integrated TurboCheck's digital identity verification technology into its Scout™ AI-powered recruiting platform, enabling recruiters to verify candidate identities directly within the hiring workflow. The move addresses rising candidate fraud, with Gartner projecting that one in four candidate profiles worldwide could be fake by 2028. Scout™ has already processed over 155,000 resumes and 23,000 structured video interviews, flagging fraud alerts in more than 6% of those interviews. The integration allows verification reports to be returned in under five minutes without requiring recruiters to leave the platform.
