Cadient Launches MCP Server to Connect AI Tools With Hiring Data
PRWeb (General Business) · United States · Sep 29, 2026
Cadient has launched the Cadient Talent MCP Server, a production-ready capability that connects employer AI environments directly to its hiring platform via the open Model Context Protocol standard. The tool allows authorized users to query applicant and recruiting data through natural-language requests, bypassing reliance on dashboards or proprietary AI assistants. The launch coincides with Cadient's own research showing 50%–71% of resumes contain at least one AI-written section across every industry analyzed. For enterprise recruiters, this signals a growing vendor push to give human decision-makers better visibility into AI-driven screening signals as both candidate and employer AI usage accelerates.
