ASA Names School Psychologist Dr. Aline Milfort as 2027 National Staffing Employee of the Year

The American Staffing Association has named Dr. Aline Milfort, a licensed school psychologist placed by National Recruiting Consultants across 10 Houston-area campuses, as its 2027 National Staffing Employee of the Year, kicking off National Staffing Employee Week (Sept. 14–20). The annual award highlights the career impact of temporary and contract workers placed by U.S. staffing firms. Four sector-specific All-Stars were also recognized, representing companies including Staffmark Group, Labor Finders International, JOHN LEONARD, and Matern Staffing, spanning engineering/IT, industrial, office-administrative, and professional-managerial sectors. The awards underscore staffing firms' role in enabling career mobility, flexible work arrangements, and workforce entry for professionals across industries.
