Matern Staffing's Stephanie Jerrell Named ASA National Staffing Employee All-Star

The American Staffing Association has named Stephanie Jerrell, a brand content specialist placed by Matern Staffing of Fredericksburg, VA, as a National Staffing Employee of the Year All-Star in the Professional/Managerial sector. Jerrell parlayed a summer PR/communications internship at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative — secured through Matern Staffing — into a full-time marketing role. She is one of just five sector All-Stars selected from the roughly 9.5 million temporary and contract workers employed by U.S. staffing firms in 2025. Jerrell and Matern Staffing will be recognized at the 2026 Staffing World Convention and Expo in Denver, October 12–14.
