Vendorpass and ICON Information Consultants have established U.K. entities to deliver Employer of Record, payrolling, and independent contractor compliance services to enterprise clients operating across North America and the United Kingdom. The expansion was driven by existing client demand and directly addresses the complexity of U.K. IR35 off-payroll working rules and worker status classification requirements. Together, the affiliated firms report approximately $780 million in annual revenue and more than 7,000 active consultants. The U.K. launch extends their contingent workforce model into a new market while adding capabilities tailored to local employment obligations.
