Target Hospitality Lands $250M Data Center Workforce Housing Contract, Raises 2026 Outlook

Target Hospitality has secured a new multi-year contract worth approximately $250 million through August 2030 to provide modular accommodations and hospitality services for a top-five hyperscaler's data center project in West Texas, supporting roughly 1,100 workers. The deal adds another major tech client to Target's growing Workforce Hospitality Solutions portfolio, which has now generated over $1.7 billion in multi-year awards since January 2026. The contract is capital-light, requiring less than $15 million in modifications to existing assets, and prompted the company to raise its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $435–$445 million. For staffing firms, the deal signals sustained demand for skilled and service workers tied to large-scale data center construction and operations in remote locations.
