The Richie Bello Institute of Leadership and Management completed a four-day Veterans Placement Program at Gettel Toyota in Bradenton, Florida, bringing together 28 candidates for automotive sales training, certification, and direct placement opportunities. Gettel Automotive committed to interviewing and hiring qualified graduates across its Sarasota-area dealerships, with a donation pledged to the Institute for each hire. The Institute is now expanding the program beyond veterans to include all workforce candidates seeking careers in automotive sales, customer service, and dealership operations, addressing the industry's ongoing talent needs.
