Recruiter.com has completed the acquisition of Feenyx, an AI-powered hiring technology platform offering skills assessments, asynchronous and live interviews, candidate verification, and fraud detection. The deal expands Recruiter.com's talent acquisition platform with evidence-based candidate evaluation tools, moving employers away from resume-only screening. Feenyx, which has logged over 600,000 hours of candidate evaluations and raised $25.3 million in funding, will operate as a Recruiter.com company with full integration into its existing product suite. The acquisition is part of Mainstreet Holding Company's broader portfolio strategy, which has completed $4.3 billion in aggregate transactions as of July 2026.
