PitchMe has launched SONAR, a sourcing and candidate enrichment tool built specifically for recruitment and staffing agencies, now live in early access across the U.S., UK, and Europe. SONAR searches public web data and returns enriched candidate profiles — including contact details, tenure, and skills — directly within an agency's existing ATS or CRM workflow, integrating with platforms like Bullhorn, Avionte, and Vincere. A second module in development will unify internal ATS candidate pools with external search results in a single interface. The launch gives recruiters a sourcing layer that bypasses third-party subscriptions like LinkedIn Recruiter, which could reduce per-seat costs for agencies currently reliant on those tools.
