Oracle is reportedly asking managers to identify employees for a new round of job cuts before September 1, months after eliminating approximately 21,000 full-time roles in March 2026. The March cuts reduced Oracle's headcount from roughly 162,000 to 141,000, affecting divisions including Oracle Health, Sales, Cloud, Customer Success, and NetSuite.
