Only 3% of Senior Leaders 'Highly Prepared' to Lead AI Adoption, ManpowerGroup Study Finds
HR Dive · United States · Jul 30, 2026
A ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions study found just 3% of C-suite, CHRO, and senior talent acquisition leaders feel 'highly prepared' to lead AI adoption at their organizations. Separately, a survey from Indeed and YouGov found that 25% of workers cite concerns about AI accuracy, ethics, and data privacy as the primary reason they are not upskilling on the technology. The D.C. Circuit Court also ruled 2-1 that the NLRB exceeded its authority with the 'successor bar' rule, which had required acquiring companies to bargain with incumbent unions regardless of majority employee support — a development with direct implications for M&A-related workforce transitions.
