Logile has announced Long-Term Staff Planning, a new capability within its Connected Workforce Platform that uses Agentic AI to help retailers forecast workforce needs six to twelve months ahead. The tool connects demand forecasting with labor modeling to surface capacity, skill, and availability gaps before they affect scheduling, enabling more targeted recruiting, cross-training, and internal talent deployment. The product is currently in early adoption and is expected to enter production deployment in Q1 2027. For staffing firms serving the retail sector, this signals growing client investment in predictive workforce planning tools that may shift how and when retailers engage external recruiting support.
