Lean Solutions Group Acquires Rapido Solutions Group, Expanding AI-Enabled Talent in Transportation & Logistics

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) has completed its acquisition of Rapido Solutions Group, a nearshore talent solutions provider specializing in transportation and logistics. The combined entity will employ approximately 13,000 workers across six countries and serve over 600 client organizations, including freight brokerages, 3PLs, and asset-based carriers. The deal follows LSG's recent acquisitions of Hubtek's services division and Lead2Revenue, solidifying its position as a dominant AI-enabled staffing and outsourcing provider in the T&L vertical. Rapido's clients will gain access to LSG's LeanTek AI product suite, which augments human talent with automation and workforce intelligence tools.
