LaborLab Launches Union-Buster Search Tool and Cost Calculator for Workers
NewsData.io · United States · Sep 9, 2026
LaborLab, a workers' rights watchdog, has launched a free online search tool and cost calculator to help workers research the anti-union attorneys and consultants their employers hire. The search tool draws on NLRB and Department of Labor filings, compiling data on more than 800 consultants, 8,000 law firms, and 21,000 attorneys. For staffing agencies and employers navigating labor organizing activity, these tools increase transparency around union-avoidance spending and could accelerate organizing campaigns at client companies — raising workforce management considerations for agency clients across multiple sectors.
