India's Ringg Raises $10M from Peak XV to Expand Voice AI for Enterprise Workflows
TechCrunch · United States · Aug 26, 2026
Voice AI startup Ringg has secured a $10 million extension to its Series A from Peak XV Partners, bringing the round's total to $15.5 million. The India-based company processes 20 million call attempts monthly and serves clients including Flipkart, Practo, and Groww, targeting complex enterprise workflows such as healthcare appointment booking, fintech KYC onboarding, and e-commerce abandoned-cart recovery. Of particular note for staffing-industry observers, Ringg is explicitly targeting global capability centers — the offshore hubs multinationals use for back-office and support work — as a channel to sell voice automation alongside human support, signaling direct competition with human agent roles. The company currently employs 40 staff and is actively hiring.
