Growth2Success (G2S) has announced a multiyear distribution agreement to place up to 10,000 workers per month across 30 enterprise trucking carriers using its AI-powered recruiting platform, Nurtureme. The platform uses a coordinated multi-agent AI system to source, qualify, and onboard candidates — including DQF workflows — at a speed G2S says manual recruiting cannot match. The deal targets chronic driver turnover in the $900 billion trucking industry, where vacancies directly translate to daily revenue loss for carriers.
