Epitec Acquires TalentBurst's IT, Engineering, and SLED Staffing Business

Epitec, Inc. has completed the acquisition of TalentBurst's Information Technology, Engineering, and State, Local & Education (SLED) staffing operations, with the deal closing June 1, 2026. The transaction expands Epitec's national footprint across enterprise IT, engineering, and public sector workforce programs throughout North America. TalentBurst will use the proceeds to sharpen focus on its remaining high-growth businesses — TalentBurst Connect, Healthcare & Life Sciences staffing, and its TalentProcure MSP platform. Sett & Lucas served as exclusive financial advisor to TalentBurst on the deal.
