Healthcare staffing firm Elite365 Family of Brands has appointed Carolina Araya, formerly COO, as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding founder Tracy Clark who transitions to Executive Chairman. Araya brings 25+ years of healthcare staffing experience, including prior executive roles at AMN Healthcare and Medical Express, and led Elite365's acquisitions of Wilderness Medical Staffing and Focus Staff. Under her leadership, Elite365 plans to launch its first managed service provider (MSP) program later this year while continuing its expansion across locum tenens, allied health, international nursing, and travel healthcare segments. The company has doubled revenue in key segments and grown to one of the nation's largest healthcare staffing platforms since its 2022 founding.
