Corridor Raises $25M Seed to Build AI Health Benefits Brokerage for SMBs
TechCrunch · United States · Sep 21, 2026
Corridor, an AI-powered health benefits brokerage targeting small and mid-sized businesses, has raised a $25 million seed round led by Bain Capital Ventures. The startup addresses a longstanding gap in the SMB market, where traditional brokerages have historically deprioritized small accounts due to lower commissions. Corridor's platform pairs human advisors with AI agents that handle administrative tasks such as network verification, care scheduling, and insurance communications. The company is positioning itself for a Q4 push, noting that 80% of small businesses select health plans during that window.
