Care Career Acquires MAS Medical Staffing, Including Proprietary Maestra Workforce Platform

Care Career has acquired MAS Medical Staffing, a Manchester, NH-based healthcare staffing firm, in a deal advised by The Braff Group. The transaction encompasses MAS's travel nursing, allied health, and per diem staffing divisions, as well as its proprietary Maestra workforce management platform, which allows clinicians to self-schedule shifts. Care Career's CEO cited expanded geographic reach, stronger client relationships, and Maestra's technology capabilities as key strategic drivers. Care Career plans to integrate Maestra with its existing AI and automation investments to build a scalable workforce intelligence platform.
