Bullhorn acquires RecruitBot to fold AI sourcing into its ATS suite

Bullhorn is buying RecruitBot, a San Francisco AI sourcing platform used by mid-market agencies, in a deal estimated near $85M. The acquisition pairs Bullhorn's CRM/ATS footprint with automated candidate outreach and ranking, and product roadmaps will merge under the Bullhorn Engage brand later this year.
