Auxis Opens Bogotá KPO Center, Hiring 500+ Bilingual Professionals in Colombia Nearshore Push

Auxis, a nearshore outsourcing provider under Grant Thornton Advisors, has opened a new knowledge process outsourcing center in Bogotá, Colombia, currently staffed by 200+ professionals with plans to grow to 700 within a year. The expansion brings Auxis' total Colombia headcount to over 500 across Barranquilla, Bogotá, and Medellín, supporting U.S. clients in finance, HR, IT, and AI functions. The move reflects accelerating nearshore demand, with Grant Thornton's Q2 2026 CFO Survey finding 44% of organizations operating in or evaluating Latin America for delivery. Auxis is actively recruiting bilingual talent to fill additional roles at the new facility.
