Allied Universal Selects Instant Financial as Earned Wage Access Partner for 320,000 Hourly Workers

Allied Universal, one of the largest U.S. employers with 320,000 hourly security and facility services workers, has chosen Instant Financial as its fully integrated earned wage access (EWA) partner. The program allows employees to access wages immediately after completing a shift, with options including a prepaid debit card, fee-free ACH transfer, or instant bank transfer — designed to serve both banked and unbanked workers. The integration is embedded directly into Allied Universal's onboarding portal, and tens of thousands of employees have already activated accounts since the transition earlier this year. The deal marks Instant Financial's first major expansion into the security services sector.
