The model addresses structural labor shortages in Europe—including 500,000 healthcare vacancies in Germany alone—while countering widespread fraud in India's overseas recruitment sector. The startup has received seed funding and secured institutional MoUs with Meghalaya's state skill development body and Medhavi Skills University.
